1. Who we are and acceptance

NO LABEL is a software service operated by Berta Amelinaite, an individual sole proprietor ("we", "us"). When you use NO LABEL you are contracting with Berta Amelinaite as the software provider. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use NO LABEL for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age.

2. The service

NO LABEL is a brand intelligence and creative workspace. It offers one-time brand analysis reports and a subscription Agency Workspace for planning, creating, reviewing and organising social content for your own brand or your clients.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details confidential and are responsible for activity on your account. You must have the right to upload any client material you add to the workspace.

4. Orders, payment and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Berta Amelinaite provides the NO LABEL software; Paddle sells it to you, takes payment, charges tax and issues invoices. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.

The Agency Workspace is a monthly subscription: Founder ($19/month), Studio ($49/month) and Agency ($149/month). Optional storage packs cost $10, $25 or $50 per month. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect on your next billing date.
• The Founding Studio rate ($39/month) applies while that subscription stays active. If you cancel it, the founding rate ends.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

5. Plan allowances

Each plan includes client workspaces, team seats, storage and a monthly AI credit allowance (Founder: 1 workspace, 1 seat, 2 GB, 100 credits; Studio: 5 workspaces, 2 seats, 25 GB, 500 credits; Agency: 15 workspaces, 5 seats, 100 GB, 1,500 credits). AI credits reset each billing cycle, do not roll over, and are returned automatically when an AI action fails.

6. One-time reports

Brand Signal Intelligence Reports ($49 per report) are one-time purchases, delivered digitally, and do not renew.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam;
• upload material that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• interfere with its security, including malware, probing, scanning, scraping or accessing other customers' data;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute access without written agreement;
• generate deceptive deepfakes, hate speech or illegal content, or try to bypass AI safeguards.

8. AI-generated content

Analysis, captions and recommendations are generated with AI and may be inaccurate. They are decision support, not professional advice. You are responsible for your inputs, for having rights to them, and for reviewing outputs before you publish them. We may remove or restrict content and refuse outputs that breach these terms. Rights holders can report infringing material using the contact details below; repeated infringement leads to suspension.

9. Intellectual property and your content

We own the NO LABEL software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

You own the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, copy and process it only as needed to operate NO LABEL for you, for example to show it in your workspace, share it with people you invite, and send it to AI providers when you request an AI action. We don't sell your content or use client data to train our own models. External AI processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Service level and liability

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and to the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it.

11. Suspension, cancellation and account closure

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can cancel at any time.

Cancellation stops future recurring billing. Access continues according to your paid subscription period; cancellation does not immediately end access. Subscription termination means the end of that paid period. Our policy is to retain workspace content for 30 days after termination, with earlier deletion available on request, then delete it manually subject to legal retention requirements. This is a manual policy, not an automated deletion function.

There is no self-service workspace export or account deletion. Submit a data-copy or account-deletion request through Your data in your account profile. Confirmed deletion requests also appear in Agency Settings and mark your account pending deletion. We aim to review them within 30 days, not automatically delete on that date. Renewals for solely owned agencies are stopped where possible; shared ownership or billing failures require review and are shown in Settings. New subscription and plan changes are blocked while deletion is pending. An administrator reviews ownership and shared/client content, completes removal manually and records completion. Other users' shared resources are not automatically deleted. Requesting a copy does not automatically export your content.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
